We are confectionery manufacturer located in Gosford NSW looking for an experienced QA in particular to maintain our HACCP, SQF Food safety program.
Flexible position for a retired QA for one to two days a week flexible to their schedule.
We may consider a full-time position dependent on experience.
Job Description: The role of the Quality Assurance to maintain our SQF program Food safety,
food compliance and risk assessment and to be available for our annual audits, product specification compliance, Production planning, assist with product packaging and costing of products.
The individual must be an experienced in these areas with strong technical abilities and well-developed leadership skills. The candidate must have a working knowledge of food safety procedures and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, and plant sanitation. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure Food Safety and Product Quality. This is a hands-on position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for maintaining and implementing quality management systems SOP's and procedures. Review, revise, implement and monitor the SQF HACCP based food safety program, and other Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs.
* As SQF practitioner oversee the implementation and maintenance of the SQF Safe Quality Foods program including; Validate the pre-requisite programs, ensure an annual review of the SQF system is accomplished and documented.
* You are required to submit a thorough CV with your past experience which align with the described pre-requisites for this position.
