What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Head Chef role, or strong experience as a Sous Chef ready to step up
- At least 4 years post-apprenticeship
- A leadership style that's hands-on, calm, clean, respectful and inclusive
- Strong organisational skills with a passion for consistency and quality
- Solid understanding of kitchen financials, from P&L and food costing to labour and stock
- Experience maintaining high food safety standards and OHS compliance
