Job Description:
This role involves leading by example, inspiring and delighting customers, and supporting the store manager in achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for coaching, developing, and training the wider team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
