Role: Senior / Mid-Senior Physiotherapist – Private Practice (Subcontractor)Location: Sydney – Orchard Hills / Kingswood NSW

About the Role
* Senior/Mid-Senior physiotherapist position with room for career advancement
* Work in a musculoskeletal private practice with a caseload including Medicare and WorkCover patients
* 3–4 days per week: Monday, Thursday, Saturday (+ optional Friday)
* Start date: Approximately 2 weeks after successful interview
* Location: Orchard Hills / Kingswood NSW 2748
Pay Structure (Subcontracting Only)
You may choose between two subcontracting payment models:
* Commission-Based Model
o 40%–45% of total revenue generated, including product sales
* Guaranteed Hourly Model
o $60–$65 per hour, fixed rate
o No commission
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a private practice musculoskeletal setting
* Strong experience treating Medicare and WorkCover patients
* Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
* Ability to work independently and contribute positively to clinic culture
Mandatory Requirements
* Current CPR & First Aid certifications
* Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Module
* Own professional indemnity and public liability insurance (minimum $20M coverage)
* Eligibility to work as a subcontractor
* AHPRA registration (Physiotherapist)
