Our client is a global human services organisation who pride themselves on their values. Due to rapid growth, we are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who is resilient and can work pro-actively to fulfill company needs.
This is a fast paced, multi-diverse, heavily operational business with over 4000 staff across Australia and New Zealand. You will have strong communication skills and an ability to work dynamically, think strategically and deliver tangible outcomes.
Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessment, and qualification checks across you allocated portfolio
Collaborating with and providing recruitment advice to hiring managers
Taking effective and detailed job briefs
Sourcing key talent and building talent pipelines for allied health roles
Adhoc recruitment projects as required
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is up for a challenge and thrives in a rapid-paced environment.
You must;
Have previous experience building talent pools using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Previous experience recruiting in healthcare is highly desirable but not essential
Have excellent stakeholder management and be confident speaking with people of all levels in a professional setting
Have end-to-end recruitment experience
