Rehabilitation & Relationship Manager Role
In this position, you will work collaboratively to coordinate key stakeholders and services to support rehabilitation for clients who have sustained injuries. A holistic approach is taken to manage a portfolio of clients with complex biopsychosocial needs, developing and implementing plans for client-centered recovery.
About the Team
This role is part of our Clients Division, supporting best client outcomes and sustainable scheme performance. This division has a direct impact on areas such as client outcomes, client experience, return to work, and scheme participation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess client needs and develop recovery plans in relation to a biopsychosocial model.
* Continuously review service provision effectiveness and adapt recovery plans to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
* Engage with clients and key stakeholders to facilitate return to work goals and programs aiding client recovery journeys.
