As the Manager of the Client Planning service, you will ensure a seamless and proactive client planning process by leading the end‑to‑end process of roster reviews across the organisation, coordinating annual NDIS plan reviews, monitoring funding outcomes with the funding team, updating and maintaining Rosters of Care, and presenting outcomes at national manager meetings. Your efforts will directly contribute to maximising client funding and achieving their personal goals.

Reporting to the National Manager of Operations, this role requires collaboration across various internal departments—including Finance, Operations, Quality, and Rostering—making it an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a team‑oriented environment.


Key Requirements

* In‑depth understanding of the NDIS, disability sector, and person‑centred planning frameworks.
* Demonstrated experience in client planning, case management, or service coordination within the disability, aged care, or community services sector.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* High‑level organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to balance client aspirations with operational, regulatory, and funding realities.
* Strong documentation, reporting, and data‑analysis skills.
* Commitment to inclusion, and the principles of choice and control for people with disabilities.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, human services, or related field (desirable).
* Previous experience in disability services, aged care, health, or a similar sector (desirable).
