We are looking for passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across all Lucas venues and all levels including Pastry.
Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine‐dining venue
* Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry experience highly regarded
* Strong understanding of food safety standards
* Resilient and able to perform in high‐pressure service periods
* Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
