About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position as a Customer Service Specialist located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.
* As a central point of contact for National Key Account customers, you will be responsible for handling general administration of Key Accounts, including logging work orders, generating compliance reports, and invoicing.
* You will also respond to all communications to ensure customer SLAs are met, as well as maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Additionally, you will create strong relationships with service managers, technicians, and key customers to understand their needs and issues.
About You
* Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR) is required.
* You must be self-motivated and have demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment.
* A knowledge of security and fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – are essential, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* You should be able to think strategically and understand and analyze customer needs.
* Ability to work independently and in a team is necessary.

Requirements
* An understanding of a Service-Related maintenance business would be ideal.
