Role
You'll support patients and families in a fast-paced ED environment, working with complex presentations including:
* Trauma, grief, and crisis situations
* Mental health and AOD
* Family violence and safeguarding concerns
You'll provide assessments, interventions, counselling, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
About You
* Qualified Social Worker
* Experience in acute / hospital / ED settings (highly regarded)
* Confident managing complex and high-risk cases
* Strong communication and clinical reasoning
