This is a great opportunity to be part of an expanding and dynamic Social Work service located in a rapidly growing area and covering a variety of clinical settings at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals. Social Work L1/2 opportunities available at present within various Campbelltown and Camden Hospital Social Work teams – Full Time and Part Time applications will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing
To provide Social Work services to consumers and their carers to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes consistent with SWSLHD policies and procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct. The position will also participate in professional development, clinical supervision, teaching, quality activities and other relevant departmental and administrative duties.

1. Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
2. Demonstrated experience in a health related field and ability to provide a range of Social Work interventions.
3. Demonstrated experience prioritising work and managing stressful situations.
4. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
5. Demonstrated high level communication skills (written and verbal) and computer skills.
6. Evidence of commitment to clinical supervision and professional learning.
7. Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to quality processes, and the application of evidenced based practice within social work.
8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
