This busy Boutique requires a hands‐on leader who loves styling, coaching a team, and maintaining a premium retail culture. You'll set the standard for customer service, visual presentation, and team performance, ensuring every shopper leaves feeling valued and inspired.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a premium service experience
* Inspire, motivate, and develop your team as a culture and performance driver
* Guide styling and visual merchandising to create a luxury retail environment
* Manage daily store operations efficiently and uphold brand standards
* Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
Skills & Experience
* Fashion management experience, ideally within premium women's fashion
* Presentable, stylish, and approachable with a people‐first mindset, to ensure a memorable experience
* Ability to balance team leadership, sales focus, and operational excellence
* Passionate about delivering high‐quality, personalised customer experiences
Salary & Benefits
* $65-$75K + superannuation
* Performance‐based bonus and additional incentives
* Tuesday - Saturday roster.
