What you'll be doing
In this key frontline role, you will provide high-quality reception and administrative services that support patient flow, clinical operations and financial processes. You will:
* Manage patient reception, enquiries, appointments and telephony
* Deliver accurate administrative support including data entry and medical typing
* Coordinate revenue processes such as invoicing, banking and cash handling
* Maintain confidential records in line with NSW Health policies and privacy requirements
* Support clinics and imaging services through effective coordination and teamwork

Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrated clerical experience in a customer service role, particularly in Health
* Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team and exchange information to contribute to the coordination of work between staff and/or areas
* Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines
* Competent to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities
* Demonstrated ability work independently or in a multicultural environment
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to work practices meet service requirement needs
