We are a tight-knit, energetic real estate team that holds a high standard and backs each other to deliver consistent results.

With growth across the business, we're hiring for TWO full-time roles that are key to how our office functions day-to-day.

We're not looking for \"just anyone\" - we're looking for people who are reliable, switched on, organised and genuinely enjoy being part of a team that's busy, structured, but still fun, with a strong and well-established team culture.

What are the opportunities?

1. RECEPTION & ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT (Immediate Start)

This role is the heartbeat of our office.

You are the first point of contact for all clients, both over the phone and in person, and you will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly day-to-day.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing incoming calls and walk-in enquiries with confidence and professionalism, while maintaining a welcoming, organised front-of-house environment.

* Assisting Administration team with Form 6 processing and listings tasks, contract processing and related workflows plus preparation of settlement documentation.

* Providing general administrative support across the team.

* Maintaining office presentation and managing stock of resources.

We're looking for someone who:

* Is confident, friendly, and highly professional.

* Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Remains calm in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple tasks at once.

* Is detail-oriented, organised, and has a proactive approach.

* Ideally has a real estate background and holds a current Real Estate Certificate.

2. OPERATIONS & MARKETING SUPPORT (June Start)

This is a active, all-rounder role supporting both operations and marketing across the business.

You'll work closely with management to keep projects moving, support agents, and ensure our marketing remains sharp and consistent.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the Operations Manager across business growth and development projects and day-to-day activities.

* Creating and managing agent or agency marketing materials ensuring consistency and quality.

* Designing and scheduling social media content together with managing agency website and digital presence.

* Assisting with basic accounts administration tasks.

* Providing general administration support across the team.

We're looking for someone who:

* Is highly organised and detail-driven.

* Is confident using Canva and across social media platforms.

* Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

* Has a proactive, \"get it done\" mindset and shows strong initiative.

* Ideally has a real estate background and holds a current Real Estate Certificate.
