Artist Coordinator Role
The Artist Coordinator will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting talent through an inclusive and meaningful experience.
They will partner with productions to ensure that teams have the skills and experience necessary to achieve studio objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Facilitating timely crewing and casting of internal talent to projects
* Partnering with Productions, Talent Acquisition, and Content to understand staffing needs and leverage the internal talent base
* Developing deep knowledge of roles, responsibilities, and development needs through regular connection moments with talent
Requirements for success include 3-10 years of experience in animation/vfx production, knowledge of animation workflows, processes, and artistic pipelines, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities may include:
1. Supporting talent acquisition initiatives by developing strong relationships with artists and producers
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities
3. Providing coaching and guidance to talent on career development and growth opportunities
