**You Key Responsibilities**:

- Skillfully perform word processing tasks and make necessary amendments.
- Efficiently manage diaries to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination.

- Assist with monthly billing processes.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**About you**:
