The Position
:
1. Managing staff and site operations
2. Cost control and financial reporting
3. Driving the Safety Culture at site; initiating and implementing project ideas to drive commitment to safety
4. Ensuring Food Safety standards are met and adhered to
5. Liaising with above unit management and support services
6. Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
7. Function planning and management
The Person:
8. Experience in managing site operations within a hospitality environment (10+ years)
9. Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management experience
10. Experience and exposure in financial management practices and reporting
11. Proven track record in establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
12. Experience in motivating and driving a team to success and achieving key KPI’s
13. Knowledge of quality management systems
14. Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to learn new systems
15. Must have a passion for quality, commitment to delivering outstanding service and a can-do attitude.
