About the Role
As a Job Coach, you will have the responsibility for shaping the future of job seekers through sustainable employment pathways.
You will interact with individuals across all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely within the team to deliver excellence in outcomes.
* Available as 1 x full-time or 2 x part-time positions, depending on candidate preference.
* Leading the design and execution of tailored employment plans that meet individual needs.
* Supporting job seekers to develop confidence and build skills to re-enter the workforce effectively.
* Adhering to government contractual requirements within a quality compliance framework.
* Providing post-placement support to job seekers and employers.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Collaborating with employers to manage vacancies.
