In this role, you'll lead research efforts through surveys, interviews, and usability studies to transform data into actionable recommendations. Conduct usability testing, creating test scenarios and analysing feedback to refine experiences while ensuring alignment with industry standards, especially in regulated environments focusing on security and compliance.
We seek a professional with experience in UX design, user research, and usability testing within complex projects. Ideally, you have collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop systems that meet strict accessibility and regulatory standards. Your ability to conduct in-depth research and effectively present findings will influence design decisions that enhance usability and meet end-user expectations.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in UX design with demonstrated success in designing user-centric systems, products, and services.
- Solid background in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Ability to create test scenarios and analyse feedback to inform design decisions.
- Experience with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Excellent ability to present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse project requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to identify user pain points and develop innovative solutions that enhance user experiences.
