Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Expert to join our team in Australia/New Zealand.
The role is responsible for supporting our fast-growing sales team and is a full-time position, fully remote.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive marketing inquiries and outreach.
* Develop and execute outbound campaigns, leveraging consultative sales methodologies to analyze prospect businesses and address evolving automation needs.
* Nurture leads through a structured follow-up cadence, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients.
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments, Sphera solutions, and sales best practices through regular training and educational sessions.
Requirements:
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed sales environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven experience working with clients in a sales-oriented environment, preferably with software/SaaS product sales or B2B sales experience.
* Dynamic personality with the ability to think critically and adapt to new challenges.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
* 1+ year of sales experience, with a track record of solution-based selling preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with CRM tools.
