We are currently seeking a highly organised, full-time Corporate Management & Engagement Coordinator to join our head office in Mulgrave.
This pivotal role ensures the office runs smoothly by managing daily communications and supporting the development of business presentations.
It also involves providing executive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Senior Leadership Team, while playing an important part in shaping and executing our employee engagement strategy.

What you'll do:
Provide administration support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), including coordinating diary planning, prioritising tasks and scheduling meetings.
Process and manage travel expenses for the COO and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all relevant guidelines.
Assist in preparing for specific meetings by drafting presentations and communications, along with logistical support.
Support effective internal communications to keep all company functions up to date.
Take a leading role supporting the development and execution of the employee engagement strategy in conjunction with Human Resources.
Coordinate employee engagement activities such as volunteering activities, donations, charity work and supporting the Company's engagement committees.
Lead procurement operations and ensure compliance with the organization's procurement policy and processes.
Manage office supplies at a satisfactory level, including inventory, arranging catering and general oversight of office maintenance.
Qualifications

Strong liaison skills with excellent communication abilities to both internal and external stakeholders.

High-level administration and organisational skills, including travel and expense management would be an advantage.
Experience in handling confidential information with professionalism.
Outstanding verbal and written skills with advanced MS Office proficiency.
Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration or roles with complementary skillsets.
Business Degree or tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent would be an advantage.
