Job Description
The Corporate Services Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the effective operation of our organisation. This individual will be responsible for overseeing various corporate functions, including finance, human resources, and information technology.
Key responsibilities include leading corporate functions, coordinating financial services, and providing administrative support to Project Leaders and Managers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, cashflows, and reports, as well as analyzing results to drive decision making.
Additionally, this role will involve overseeing policy and procedure reviews, administering contracts, and managing assets and fleet. The Corporate Services Manager must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence a diverse client base.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as business management or finance. They should also have experience in financial management, accounting systems, and project management.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished leader with at least 5 years' experience in managing multi-functional teams. They should also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial results and make recommendations for improvement.
Other essential skills include exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
