Job Description
\Helpers are sought for a Structural Engineering role to join our team in the Varsity Lakes office on the Gold Coast. This consultancy has a low staff turnover and prefers to bring on aspiring structural engineers, fostering their development internally.
Key responsibilities will include designing and analyzing structural steel and concrete frames using engineering principles and software tools. The ideal candidate will also perform site inspections, manage projects from concept to construction, and liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Project deliverables will include engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.\ -----------------------------------
Required Skills and Qualifications

1. A post-graduate degree in engineering is required, as well as 3-7 years of experience in multi-storey structural engineering design.

2. The ideal candidate should have experience with RAPT/RAM Concept, ETABS, Microstran, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
\
3. Experience with post-tensioned, steel, and concrete commercial structures in QLD would be an advantage.
\
4. Candidates should possess excellent communication and project management skills.
\
5. Solution-focused and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

6. Capacity to work in a dynamic team environment and contribute positively to organizational goals.
