Service Management Position
Manage and oversee a team of service technicians to ensure high-quality delivery of services, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise, develop, and coach a team of service technicians
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our customer base
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and safety concerns
* Conduct quality audits at various sites
* Induct and train new team members
* Review and optimize service runs for efficiency and effectiveness
* Administer tasks related to servicing activities
* Manage and analyze customer feedback
* Cover service runs as needed and provide backup support
