Australian Citizen - Security Clearance required to work in a Federal Government position in Canberra.
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to provide operational support for our Department's SharePoint Online environment.
The successful candidate will manage BAU requests, maintain compliance with approved configuration models, and assist with ongoing improvements to the Digital Workspaces platform.
* Action and resolve incoming SPO-related incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
* Escalate complex issues to senior administrators or vendors as needed.
The role involves managing SharePoint permissions, implementing and maintaining SharePoint and 365 groups, creating and configuring SharePoint Online sites, and identifying and remediating non-compliant sites.
Requirements include:
* Demonstrated experience in SharePoint Online administration, including permissions management and site configuration.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform desirable).
* Understanding of governance, compliance, and information architecture principles.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with business users and technical teams.
