Catering Manager
Overview: As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for providing first-class service to our camps across the WA network. The role is based in Western Australia and requires travel from Perth.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain wide exposure to multiple operations across our various sites, with tripled company growth in the last 2 years creating progression opportunities. Ongoing training and development will be provided to advance your skills with strong succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven track record in Mine Site Catering, hotel or restaurant background or related industry
* Demonstrated successful staff management experience
* At least 5 years' experience in Chef Management in the service, hospitality or similar industry
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade certificate (NVQ/City & Guilds accepted)
* Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in bulk cooking
* Ability to create service schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Advanced knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance
