Job Description: As a Customer Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Baby & Childcare Portfolio within Coles Supermarkets. Your key objective will be to drive customer engagement and achieve optimum profitability. The role involves developing and implementing customer and promotional plans that meet volume and sales budgets. You will work closely with the Demand Planning team to ensure accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of long-term strategies to meet future customer requirements. Key responsibilities include achieving Driver Purchasing Sales Margin (DPSM) within Coles for Kimberly-Clark products, coaching and leading direct reports, and contributing to the review and negotiation of trading terms with customers. A successful candidate will have strong sales and influencing skills, sound product knowledge, and financial management skills. They will also possess highly developed oral and written communication skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of category management principles.
