Position Summary:
Delta Fire is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to work with our Brisbane Team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth within your assigned region. This is a pure new business role: cold calling, creating your own call cycle, building your pipeline, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Present, promote and support Delta Fire's range of products and services in a professional and consultative manner
* Identify new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals and inbound leads
* Tailor solutions to meet customer requirements
* Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and budgets
* Work collaboratively with internal departments including Marketing, Product, Service, and Install teams to ensure a seamless client experience
* Represent Delta Fire at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
What You'll Need:
* Highly motivated, self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
* Business To Business Sales Experience (1-3 Years+)
* Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
* Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Pipeline Deals, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
