**Responsibilities**:
- 360 Recruitment in the tech & digital space ranging from start-ups through to global enterprises
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Help contribute to the overall success of Northbridge Recruitment.
**Requirements**:
- A strong and stable recruitment agency background in a full 360 recruitment position (min 2 years) OR equivalent sales experience
- High Ethics and strong values
- A passion for developing long term client relationships
- Exceptional communication and people skills
