Key Duties and Responsibilities
* To ensure that all doctors are fully compliant and to work with the compliance team as and when required to ensure this is achieved.
* To engage with the client regarding current and future hiring needs.
* To contact and network through the company database in order to source doctors for "hard to fill" positions.
* To achieve agreed financial objectives.
Person Specification
* Experience of working within healthcare recruitment.
* A real passion for healthcare and delivering on complicated assignments is essential.
* Hard working, well presented and an excellent team player.
* Able to work on own initiative.
* Excellent telephone manner and a good eye for detail.
* Ambitious and tenacious.
* Excellent in both client and candidate facing situations.
* Sound commercial and business ethics.
* Happy to be office based 100% of the time.
