Pharmacy Support Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our pharmacy support team as a Pharmacy Assistant. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of the Australian Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and have experience working in a fast-paced dispensary environment.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Operate effectively in a high volume 24/7 call centre environment, answering queries and providing advice on pharmaceutical issues.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely advice on pharmaceutical matters.
In this role, you will be required to work collaboratively within our team environment, responding to enquiries from clients and liaising with healthcare professionals. To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, along with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
