About the Role Our client is a family run project and custom home builder, operating in the Residential Construction industry for several years and build homes all over Sydney-Metro ranging from the Southwest, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney and the Sutherland Shire up to Newcastle and Rothbury areas. They are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Permits Coordinator to manage all permits and approvals throughout the pre-construction phase. Their product includes a mixture of contract homes, house and land packages, knock down re-builds, dual-occupancy homes, and complete custom builds. The business has recently grown, and they are building over 100 - 150 projects annually across Sydney and New South Wales.
