Job Title: Bar Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee bar staff, manage shift schedules, and deliver ongoing training
* Maintain exceptional delivery of guest service standards
* Oversee bar setup and closing procedures
* Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
* Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
* Perform bartender and coffee-making duties, sharing knowledge of in-house wines and spirits, monthly specials, and promotions
* Educate VIP members on premium coffees and teas served at the VIP Bars
About You
We are looking for an individual with:
* Certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations
* Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
* Familiar with HACCP requirements
