This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst - EPMO analyst with a strong background in working within an EPMO environment and across large Enterprise Transformation projects.
The Senior Portfolio Analyst - EPMO will provide detailed professional advice on complex problems and may assist in strategic planning, program and project management, and policy development. This role involves public contact regarding sensitive issues and liaising with stakeholders, supporting the relationships between the EPMO and portfolio delivery functions.
Primary purpose of position:
The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) at the client has begun reviewing current tools, frameworks, and processes and is implementing key findings and recommendations. Portfolio Analysts in the EPMO will collaborate to support their Directors and Managers, ensuring best practices are embedded across programs and projects. Customer focus on service delivery is essential.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator role, working on large business-critical projects.

* Highly developed skills in designing and managing Project Status Reporting.

* Experience supporting programs and projects within a Scaled Agile environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong skills in developing presentation materials, including project progress, financial reports, etc.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proactive, initiative-taking, capable of working through complex challenges.
* Accountability-driven, positive, diplomatic approach to difficult challenges.
* This role is based in Brisbane with a Hybrid Office/WFH arrangement.
