Mental Health Lived Experience Worker
As a Consumer Perspective, Mental Health Lived Experience Worker, you will provide peer support to consumers who are receiving care from our mental health service.

Key Responsibilities:
Lived experience of being a consumer of mental health services is crucial for this role
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team are vital
This position involves providing peer support to consumers receiving care from our mental health service. You will be responsible for building relationships with consumers and providing guidance and support when needed.
In addition to your lived experience, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with consumers, staff and other stakeholders. Your ability to remain empathetic and non-judgmental in all interactions is essential.
