Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all clients
 * Manage appointments with health professionals and ensure seamless communication between clients, referrers, and the clinical team
 * Maintain accurate client records, including Medicare and billing information
Requirements:
 * At least 2 years of experience in a clinic or medical reception role
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Technical proficiency in practice management software
 * Experience with Medicare and private health billing
