Job Title: Senior Land Development Surveyor
Burton and Field are seeking an experienced Registered Surveyor to join their Liverpool office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising technical staff, preparing and lodging subdivision plans, and implementing procedures for quality control and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying and a keen interest in developing and implementing procedures and processes. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise technical staff to ensure efficient operation of the surveying team.
* Prepare and lodge subdivision plans ranging from two lots to mid-size greenfield developments.
* Develop and implement procedures and processes for ongoing quality control and efficiency in conjunction with senior staff.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
Requirements:
* Degree in Surveying or related field.
* Registered Surveyor qualification.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in land development surveying.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
