In this hands‐on role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the employee lifecycle, making a real impact on our growing organisation. Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and supported from day one.
* Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, team development, and performance management.
* Assist with performance reviews and provide valuable input to support employee growth.
* Assisting with rewards, remuneration processes, and enterprise agreement interpretation.
* Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
* Support recruitment activities when needed.
* Coordinate housing arrangements for international workers.
* Assist with ad‐hoc HR projects.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in HR coordination or a generalist HR role, with a desire to expand your HR expertise.
* Industry experience in Construction or Manufacturing is a plus, but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities - along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* A relevant qualification, such as a university degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience using a HRIS is highly desirable.
