**Job Description**:
**About You/ the Role**
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual who is also a self-starter to join our Customer Support Team.
As the Customer Support Specialist, you will support the National team comprising of nine Customer Support Specialists working throughout QLD, NSW, VIC & WA and cover PPG's customer base nationally. This role is located in Qld - and initial onboarding with be remote - until return to office Hybrid plan is rolled out.
In this role, you will be required to consult and liaise with internal staff and customers, deliver a seamless customer experience and foster strong customer relationships through effective communications.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Essential_
- A customer focus to ensure you always have the customers' needs front of mind
- Experience in a B2B/ B2C environment
- Proven experience in a customer-centric role
- Well-developed relationship building skills
- Ability to work autonomously when needed and within a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Desirable_
- Experience in the Packaging industry and Carton manufacturing
- Experience with Pronto Xi or Prism software
