About the Role
As a Product Manager at Polytec, you will own the journey of your product categories — from early concept and market insight, through to launch, growth, and lifecycle optimisation.
You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Technical and Product Innovation teams, ensuring our products are:
* Market-relevant
* Commercially successful
* Manufacturable at scale
* Clearly positioned for both trade and specification audiences
This role balances commercial thinking with design sensitivity, and data with intuition.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop product strategy and lifecycle management for assigned ranges.
Translate market, customer and trend insights into clear product direction.
Shape product propositions for:
* Cabinet makers and trade partners, and
* Architects, designers, builders and consumers
Drive successful product launches with compelling storytelling and clear internal enablement.
Partner with Sales to support specification pipelines and trade conversion.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Product Innovation Team to ensure feasibility, quality and profitable outcomes.
Monitor performance and continuously optimise ranges for growth and relevance.

* Exposure to manufacturing, building products, interiors or design-led industries.
* Strong commercial acumen and market curiosity.
* The ability to influence across functions and bring clarity to complexity.
