Responsibilities
Support the daily management of the restaurant
Lead the team through busy service periods
Crew training and development
Proactively improve guest experience
Support inventory and financial management as required
Qualifications
Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Passion for inspiring, leading and developing your team
