LBL Plumbing Pty Ltd is a growing, family-run plumbing company based in Ballan, Victoria. Due to continued growth across our civil and underground divisions, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Civil Plumber to join our team.
LBL Plumbing specialises in underground plumbing, drainage, subdivisions, road bores, sewer and water connections, and water authority infrastructure works. We are approved contractors for Greater Western Water and Central Highlands Water and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service across Western Victoria.
This role is suited to an experienced civil plumber who can confidently run jobs, work independently, and deliver high-standard underground and civil plumbing works.

What we do:
* Sewer & water cut-ins and tap-ins
* Road bores
* Civil drainage and small lot subdivisions
* Water authority infrastructure maintenance works
* General plumbing
Skills and Experience Required:
* Clean and current full Victorian Driver's Licence
* Proven civil / underground plumbing experience
* Ability to work unsupervised and run jobs independently and train apprentices
* Honest and trustworthy
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch
* Prioritise safety and be able to complete detailed safety documentation
* Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
Highly Regarded
* Excavator operating experience
* Water authority experience
* MR/HR licence
* Experience in general or roof plumbing
