About the School

Selection Criteria
Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks, including coordinating and supporting others in respect to specific work functions relevant to the role.

Role Overview
Attendance during school holidays is not a requirement for this position.
An education support class position performs tasks carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction. This may include coordination of other education support class staff within the work area or educational program.
Certification and/or qualifications of up to three years can be required at this level.
Responsibilities
Classroom & Student Support
Provide in-class support for all Food Technology classes, assisting students and teachers as required.
Kitchen & Resource Management
Maintain the kitchens, pantry, laundry, and all equipment, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to all health and safety requirements.
Order and check supplies for Food Technology, including managing weekly shopping and stock rotation of perishables.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance for the College, including tasks related to ordering, record-keeping, and general program support.
