Overview
Deliver seamless candidate support and exceptional onboarding experiences for future and re-entering ADF personnel.
The Candidate Support Coordinator delivers critical impact during the ADF recruitment process by guiding candidates through complex requirements with accuracy, timeliness, and care, managing documentation, maintaining compliance, coordinating communications, and actively progressing candidates through the pipeline.
Brisbane and Melbourne applications considered.
Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end progression and candidate support across the ADF recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
* Manage and process candidate documentation, credential checks, and compliance requirements with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
* Act as a key point of contact for candidates, handling inbound and outbound communications and responding to queries.
* Support candidate progression by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, maintaining pipeline flow, and meeting recruitment targets.
* Deliver specialised portfolio support across multiple areas including dossier preparation, education testing (BKSB), re-entry case management, and suitability assessments.
* Maintain data integrity through system updates, document uploads, and quality assurance activities.
* Collaborate with recruitment and enlistment teams to meet operational objectives and improve candidate outcomes.
* Proactively manage candidate pipelines to remove bottlenecks and support recruitment targets.
* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely candidate progression.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated recent experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, specifically candidate management and communications.
* Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy and precision in document management, data entry, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Ability to take initiative while meeting or exceeding goals with a degree of autonomy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor delivery to varying stakeholder levels and preferences.
* Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service delivery when working under pressure.
* A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team to contribute to the team vision.
