Join the recruitment leaders in the South West as an Account Manager, working within our Sales team managing end-to-end recruitment for blue and white collar roles across a diverse local client base.
Partnering with hiring managers and key HR/Commercial stakeholders you will be responsible for sourcing top talent and supporting our recruitment strategies by providing a quality recruitment and management service to long term clients and candidates.
The successful candidate will ideally have: Recent and relevant experience in a sales or account management role within a fast-paced team environment with exposure to mining, industrial manufacturing, administrative resourcing and other workplace environments.
A high level of Administrative and organisational capability Experience using Microsoft Office Exposure to or understanding of CRM software.
A strong focus on sales with an eagerness to learn and grow, with a proactive, creative approach to managing urgent or reactive client requests.
