The successful candidate will ensure staff are engaged and well-supported so that ISLHD achieves its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and define specific people management issues and provide advice and guidance to leaders on resolution.
* Recommend appropriate capability development options to support a culture where people are respected, valued, and supported to deliver high-quality healthcare.
