Dates: Ongoing
Location: Mandurah, QLD
Required rostered hours - minimum 40 hours per week with roster to be agreed with the practice manager
Services Fee (hourly rate) / % : $180.00 + GST per hour or 65% + GST of billings, whichever is greater in the billing period
Accommodation : if unable to use SHP lodgings then $150 per night allowance, booked by agency
Car hire per day booked by agency
Flights : lowest fare applicable allowed, ideally local QLD or East Coast based GP
Requirements :
* Have Specialist registration with FRACGP
* Medical Indemnity Insurance
* Doctors must have a CAN
* Be Vocationally registered
