Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This includes coordinating repairs, returns and credits with suppliers, as well as maintaining accurate stock levels.
Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Delivering warm, friendly customer service to meet customer needs.
* Inventory Management: Coordinating Click & Collect, managing laybys and vendor orders, and investigating stock discrepancies.
* Operations: Rolling out price changes, compliance tasks, and safety audits, while working closely with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office.
