**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**Responsibilities**:
- Social media management - planning, creating, posting, managing.
- Content development - Assisting with content and photo shoot preparation and execution, taking a hands-on approach to content creation.
- Brand management - Creating copy and social plans for social media platforms.
- Devising social strategies to drive growth, engagement, and sales for their ecommerce channels and our Marketplaces based on data and insights.
- Manage influencer programs.
- Reporting & analysis - tracking success metrics and utilising data to adapt, modify, enhance current and future work.
- Onsite visits to gyms, stadiums etc to promote the bran and increase engagement.
Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications or equivalent.
- Proven success in the use of digital marketing and social media platforms to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and growing a brand.
- A creative mind with strong skills in writing engaging content
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Previous dance industry experience would be highly desirable.
