The Patient Experience Officer role is customer focused and passionate about delivering a great customer experience every day and making a difference to patient outcomes. This position is responsible for enhancing effective patient and carer communication, particularly between the patient, carer and clinical staff throughout the department.
Orange Health Service Emergency Department is serviced by a supportive and collaborative multi-disciplinary team including an Operations Manager, Medical Director, FACEM's, Registrars, Junior Medical Officers, Nursing Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educator, Registered Nurses, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Clinicians and Administration staff.
